Members sign in to a portal that carries your logo, your colors, and your welcome message. Branding takes a few minutes and applies everywhere at once, including the emails members receive.
Before you start
Have your logo ready as an SVG or PNG with a transparent background, and know your primary brand color as a hex value.
Steps

Open Settings and select Branding. The preview on the right shows the member portal and updates as you make changes.

Upload your logo. Drop the file onto the logo area or select it from your computer. We show it in the portal header and at the top of every email. If your logo is dark, upload a light version as well for the header.

Set your accent color. Enter the hex value or pick from the swatch. The accent is used for buttons, links, and the active state in navigation. If the color does not meet contrast requirements against white, we tell you and suggest the nearest shade that does.

Write your welcome message. This is the first thing a new member reads after they accept an invitation. Keep it to two or three sentences that explain what the community is for and what members can expect.

Set the sender name for emails. Every invitation, reminder, and recap goes out from this name. Use the community name so members recognize it.

Select Save. Changes apply immediately for every member.

Tips
If you run more than one community, each has its own branding. Members who belong to several communities see each one in its own colors.
