You invite them by email. The link signs them in and opens the session they were invited to, with no password to create. Once they accept, they are members of your community and can return through the same link from any device or via your organization's designated URL.
An account is created for them the first time they accept an invitation. All they provide is a name, title, and company, and they can update or delete it from their profile at any time.
No. Each member sees only the sessions they were invited to or that are open to the whole community. Your team sets the audience on every engagement, and private sessions never appear for anyone outside the list.
Connecting Zoom lets us create meetings for you, add join links, and pull attendance and the recording automatically. If your team uses something else, you can paste any meeting link into the session and everything else works the same.
