Billing questions
A seat is a person on your team who signs in to run or follow your program. Full seats do everything, Contributor seats join calls and add notes and insights, and Viewer seats read everything but change nothing. Your customers join as members and never take a seat.
Nothing breaks. Existing members keep their access and can still join sessions. New invitations pause until you move to Team, which lifts the limit to 1,000 members, and we let you know before you get there.
We reach out before you cross the line. Larger communities are priced by member band rather than by seat, and we work through the right fit with you directly. Nothing changes automatically on your bill.
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of actions, and each task spends a few of them: a session draft costs one, visuals or insight suggestions cost two, and a full recap from notes and transcript costs three. On Team the allowance pools across the workspace so any Full or Contributor seat can use it. Unused actions do not roll over and we never charge for extra actions without you choosing to add them.
Yes, from Billing in your workspace at any time. Downgrading to Free keeps your community, sessions, and recaps in place, with the limits of the Free plan applied going forward. Cancelling stops the next charge and your data stays available to export for ninety days.
