What it is
A workshop brings four to ten customers together with your team to work on something rather than talk about it. You come with a problem, a prototype, or a set of options, and the group reacts, sorts, and builds alongside you. The result is a shared view of what matters that no single interview would give you.

When to use it
You have a direction and want customers to shape it before engineering commits to it.
Several customers are asking for the same thing in different words and you need to hear them work it out together.
A roadmap decision affects a whole segment and you want that segment in the room when you make it.

What your customers see
The member sees the workshop on their home page with the seats remaining, accepts one, and gets the agenda and any pre reading before the call. The recap lists what the group decided and what your team is taking forward.
