These terms cover your use of the Mamabird website at mamabird.ai. By using the site you agree to them. The Mamabird product, the workspace your team signs in to and the community portals your customers join, has its own terms of service, presented when a workspace is created.
Using the site
You may browse the site, read its content, and join the waitlist. You may not use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with how it works, or tries to get around its security. Do not scrape the site or reuse its content in bulk without asking us first.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist asks us to contact you about early access. It does not create an account, guarantee a place, or commit either of us to anything. Early access opens in stages and we choose who is invited when. Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you give us.
Our content
The site, its design, text, images, and the Mamabird name and marks belong to Mamabird or its licensors. Nothing here gives you a right to use them beyond viewing the site. Third-party logos shown on the site belong to their owners and appear only to identify the tools Mamabird works with.
Plans, prices, features, and dates described on the site are our current intentions and may change before or after launch. The features and pricing that apply to your workspace are the ones in the product's terms when you sign up.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available but make no promise that it will be error free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Mamabird is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

The site links to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, and any dispute about them is brought in the courts located in King County, Washington.
