Privacy policy

Last updated September 19, 2026

This policy explains what Mamabird collects when you visit this website, why, and the choices you have. It covers the site at mamabird.ai. The Mamabird product, the workspace your team signs in to and the community portals your customers join, is covered by the terms and privacy notice shown inside the product.

Who we are

Mamabird runs this site and decides how the information described here is used. You can reach us at [email protected] about anything in this policy.

What we collect

What you give us. When you join the waitlist you give us your email address and, if you choose, your name and company. We send one email asking you to confirm the address; you are on the list only once you open that link, and the link works for seven days. When you write to us, through the contact form or by email, we keep the message, your name and your address so we can reply.

What is collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: the address of the page requested, the time, your IP address, and your browser type. We use these to keep the site running and secure. Beyond that, the site sets only the cookies you allow, described below.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We group ours into three kinds. Essential cookies are always on because the site does not work without them. Analytics and Marketing cookies are off until you turn them on, and you can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page. Your choice is kept for six months, then we ask again.

If you turn a group off after it was on, we remove the cookies in that group that were set on this site. Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies yourself; blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

How we use it

  • To contact you about the waitlist and early access, which is what you asked for when you joined.
  • To answer your messages.
  • To keep the site running, secure, and fast, which is in our legitimate interest as its operator.
  • To understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising, only with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies to advertise to you.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of the site for us: the company that hosts it, the database that holds the waitlist and contact messages, and the email service that sends the confirmation and our replies. Each may only use your information to provide its service to us. We also share information when the law requires it. Some of these providers operate outside your country; where that is the case we rely on their standard contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details stay until early access has opened and you have been invited or have asked to be removed. An address that is never confirmed is not on the list and is removed. Emails are kept as long as we need them to handle your request. Server logs are kept for a short, rolling period by our hosting provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw a consent you gave. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will not treat you differently for doing so. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you can also complain to your data protection authority.

If you are a California resident: we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and the cookie choices above are how you opt out of the tracking that would count as sharing.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change affects the cookies we set, the consent card asks for your choice again. The terms of use for this site are separate.
